1. Refund Eligibility
Quality Issues:
- If the product is defective or damaged, customers may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund upon receipt and inspection
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or screenshot) and a description of the issue are required.
45-Day Free Trial:
- Unsatisfied customers may return the product within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to quality issues
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Opened Replaceable Ear Tips: If the sealed packaging of replaceable ear tips is opened or damaged, their cost will be deducted from the refund

- Funds typically reflect in your account within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Exceptions & Notes
- Lost/Damaged Returns: We recommend using tracked shipping. Unreceived returns will not be refunded
